Support

How can we help?

Check the quick fixes below first. If the problem remains, email the developer with the app build, device, and reproducible steps.

Email support

Support email: borrowedgravity@susnoodle.com

Email shares information with the sender’s and developer’s email providers. In the first message, do not include an Apple relay address, account or analytics identifier, access token, exported data, crash log, or screenshots containing personal details. Describe only the problem and the non-sensitive report details below.

Before reporting a problem

  1. Open Borrowed Gravity → Settings and note the version and build.
  2. Confirm iOS is up to date and restart the app once.
  3. Try the same action again and record the mission name and exact steps.
  4. For a sync problem, stay online briefly and confirm the account status says signed in. Do not repeatedly sign out: signing out switches to a fresh guest and hides that account’s local progress until the same account signs in again.
  5. Start a new message with the subject Borrowed Gravity Support.

Common fixes

A route feels impossible

Check the starting direction, moving bodies, checkpoints, remaining fuel, and the trajectory preview at the time of each burn. If the route still appears impossible or requires microscopic precision, report the mission name and what repeatedly fails. Route difficulty and forgiveness are product defects when they stop being fun.

Progress is missing on this device

Local play works independently of cloud sync. Confirm that both devices use the same Sign in with Apple account, then leave the progress screen open while connected. Do not erase local data while a sync issue is under investigation.

The app uses too much battery or gets hot

Stop active gameplay, let the device cool, and note whether the drain happened during flight, trajectory planning, backgrounding, or an idle screen. Include device model, iOS version, screen brightness, Low Power Mode state, and approximate play time in the report.

The app crashes or freezes

Restart the app once. If it repeats, report the screen, mission, last action, and whether it happens after a fresh launch. Do not attach an Apple crash log in the first message; it can contain identifying paths or account information.

I need to export or delete data

Use the self-service directions on the account and data controls page. Account deletion, local reset, the analytics setting, and export are separate controls so you can choose exactly what changes.

What response should I expect?

The developer will reply by email after the report has been reviewed or if more non-sensitive reproduction detail is needed. Response time varies with severity and release workload; email support is not a real-time or phone support service.
